Description
The PREMACON modular cylinder system:
- With the PREMACON modular cylinder system, hydraulic cylinders for RC/model hydraulics can be manufactured in countless variants.
- Craft cylinders with outstanding detail and fidelity to the exact length you need
- Combine different variants of cylinder base and cylinder eye to optimally adapt the hydraulic cylinder to your project.
- The nominal size - e.g. 8mm - always refers to the piston diameter
- Components of one size - e.g. 8mm - can be combined without any problems
- At least 1x head, 1x piston rod + tube, 1x foot, 1x cylinder eye is required for a complete cylinder
- All components are designed for soft soldering
- For best results, we recommend machining the tube and piston rod on a lathe. The chrome layer / surface must not be damaged in order to ensure the best possible tightness of the cylinder.
- Only use oiled seals. The piston must not be moved dry in the tube.

- Brass cylinder base
- For 8mm cylinder (piston diameter)
- Bolt bore: 4mm
- With hose connector for 3mm hose
- The soldering block with hose connection can be turned in any direction and soldered.
