The original: Outstanding pushing and ripping Performance
Power and innovative technology are the hallmarks of Liebherr dozers. Whether for heavy-duty ripping, material transport or fine grading, the Generation 6 crawler dozers provide powerful equipment for every application. Liebherr diesel engines are designed for heavy-duty construction machinery and offer sufficient power in every situation. Depending on requirements, operating modes are available for maximum performance or particularly fuel-efficient operation. The arrangement of the drive components enables a very low center of gravity with maximum ground clearance. Together with the massive underbody protection, this allows reliable operation even on the most difficult slopes and embankments.
The 1:14.5 scale model
The bulldozer was developed in-house by Premacon with the support of Liebherr Telfs under exclusive license from Liebherr. The license agreement made it possible to build the model with the original 3D data. All details could therefore be implemented. The objective was to create a model that is highly detailed and sets standards in its performance. The frame of the crawler is made of high-quality sheet steel. The cabin and hood are made of extremely robust and high-quality 3D printed plastic. Various components are made of cast brass, nickel silver and stainless steel. All bearing points are equipped with robust ball bearings. The main frame, drive ships, rear ripper, push frame and shield are micro-whitewashed steel plate.

- External planetary gears for each drive side of the crawler tracks. Absolutely superior tracking and pulling power.

- Industrial seals with wipers; hard-chrome plated piston rods; cast cylinder eyes made of nickel silver/brass . The cylinders are characterized by an extremely low inherent friction, thus more pressure is converted into working power
